Nominations Committee
The Chamber's bylaws require the Chairman and President of the Board to appoint a three-member Nominations Committee
to prepare the list of candidates for the election of the Board of Directors at the Annual
General Meeting. Moreover, the Committee is to prepare a roster of Chamber officers to
serve for the year.
Appointments to the Nominations Committee are subject to approval by the Board of
Directors. Nominations Committee members normally serve on this committee for three years.
Terms may be renewed. In the last year of a term, members serve as the chairman of the
Committee.
