	Curriculum Vitae:	Over the past 23 years, Mr. Sadoff has played an integral role in over 350 film productions and financings totaling more than $3.0 billion. Prior to coming to ICM, Mr. Sadoff served as Executive Producer and Financial Consultant for Hotel Rwanda, which was nominated for three Academy Awards. Before that he worked at the Los Angeles Based Cobalt Media Group where he was directly involved in the structuring and financing arrangements for productions including, House of Sand and Fog, Open Range, Chicken Run, The World Is Not Enough, Swimfan and HBO’s miniseries, Band of Brothers. Mr. Sadoff’s career began with bank training from London-based National Westminister Bank, where he spent 13 years spearheading the building of NatWest’s Los Angeles Media and Entertainment Finance Group. In this role he structured, provided financing and investment banking services for such companies as MCA/Universal, Universal Studios, New Line Cinema, Samuel Goldwyn, Warner Bros, Sony Pictures, The Walt Disney Company, Twentieth Century Fox, Mandalay, Artisan, Live Entertainment, Republic Pictures and Cinergi Pictures. His single picture financing transactions include Wild Things, Lost in Space, In Love and War, Seven Years in Tibet, Les Miserables, Stargate, Die Hard: With a Vengeance, Waking Ned Devine, Evita, What’s Eating Gilbert Grape and A Bronx Tale.

	This will be a pot luck and we'd like all of you to participate in one way or another. If you don't feel comfortable cooking - no problem, we will need "good" bread, beer, wine, water and sodas. 	Curriculum Vitae:	Bill Morris will be our guest speaker focusing his 10 minute presentation on Time Management. Bill grew up just outside of New York City. He completed his undergraduate degree in Finance at Boston College and his graduate MBA at Manhattan College in International Business. By his early thirties he was chosen to become the International Controller of one of the top tier Investment Banks on Wall Street - Kidder Peabody, responsible for all financial and operational activity in London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Bill also set a World Record for completing 20,100 consecutive sit-ups in 11 hours and 32 minutes. This led to Bill speaking at High Schools and Universities on fitness. Bill wanted to reach all kids, not just athletes, and so designed a program called "Formula for Success". This program shows all kids, how to get it together mentally, physically and spiritually.

When films such as Hot Rod Girl, Rebel Without a Cause, The Beverly Hillbillies, The Good Guys, The Flintstones and Batman were the favorites? Well join us for an evening with Mr. George Barris who designed cars for the stars! Mr. Barris, car enthusiast, collector and designer, has been around the globe and been involved in making custom cars and specialty vehicles for Hollywood film, TV and the music industry since the 1950’s. Mr. Barris put his passion to work and has been involved in this unique and fascinating industry creating unusual and custom cars for celebrities like John Wayne, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, The Beach Boys, Sean Connery, Peter Fonda, Bob Hope and Bing Crosby, to name a few. As an avid photographer, Mr. Barris has photographed his career, the stars he has worked for and the many specialty cars he has created and “Kustomized” (full bio is attached).

Gates, former Los Angeles Police Chief, who will discuss the current state of the Los Angeles Police Department, the role of our new Chief, Charles Beck, and Mr. Gates legacy of SWAT, DARE and security operations, among other points of interest to all of us living and working in Southern California. This is a tremendous opportunity and we are delighted Chief Gates will be joining us. 	Honoring Keynote Speaker:	Chief Daryl F. Gates
		The persona of Chief Daryl Gates is a remarkable one to follow, from his legendary leadership through the Watts Riots, Chief Daryl Gates was founder of the SWAT team and Chief of the Los Angeles Police department for longer than any other Chief in the history of the Los Angeles Police department. Born on August 30, 1926 in California, he is considered one of the most influential leaders in LAPD history and was famous for his strong stance against drugs. Before becoming the chief of the LAPD in 1978 he was head of Intelligence. In retirement, Chief Gates remains active working in Hollywood, is a frequent talk show guest, a principal consultant for Sierra’s SWAT series and runs an investigation company called CHIEF and served on the board of directors of Global ePoint, a security and homeland defense company dealing primarily in digital surveillance and security technology. In 1992 he published Chief: My Life in the LAPD, an autobiography, written with the assistance of Diane K. Shah (Bantam Books).

	A Fresh New Look into the Diary of Anne Frank
	Join us on Rev. Neiman's remarkable journey into the recurring themes of the Frank family’s story – compassion, faith, bravery – themes that transcend the boundaries between religion and politics.
	Speaker:	Rev. John Neiman, Associate Pastor, St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Community, Camarillo CA
	Curriculum Vitae:	There has always been great interest in stories from WWII and none more compelling than the writings of the Diary of Anne Frank. As a fifth-grade student, the Rev. John Neiman couldn’t fully grasp the significance of Anne Frank and her diary. It took a life long journey for Rev. Neiman to form a bond with the text and change his life course. As a history major at Hardin-Simnons University in 1974, Neiman wrote a letter to Anne’s father, Otto Frank and struck up correspondence that turned into a friendship. Rev. Neiman went to visit Frank at his home in Birsfelden, Switzerland in 1976, 1979 and again in 1980, just before Frank died. On the last trip Rev. Neiman met and befriended Miep Gies, Frank’s secretary, who helped hide the family and who found Anne’s diary. Rev. Neiman keeps his vast collection of Holocaust and Frank family memorabilia carefully preserved, including an authentic 1942 yellow star Neiman obtained from the Netherlands Institute for War Documentation in Amsterdam in 1980. For three decades, Neiman has visited schools across the country to present his collection and to speak about the life of Anne Frank, her writings and his ongoing tribute to the Frank family, as a way of honoring them for risking their lives to save others and tell the story.

	"State of the Newspaper Industry: Print vs. Your PC"
	Remember the days when you walked into the office and all the different newspapers were lined up along the entry credenza? The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, Financial Times and, perhaps, even your local neighborhood paper? If you are fortunate, perhaps your business still is a subscriber and you have the ability to peruse the daily news in print. But for many of us we get our news the second we sign online to check our email or just to surf the web. What is the current state of the newspaper industry? Columnist James C. Rainey of the Los Angeles Times will take us on a fascinating journey through the evolution of journalism and the future of how we receive our daily news. Mr. Rainey has been a professional journalist for 27 years, most of them at the Los Angeles Times, where he has covered government, politics, media, the environment and a host of other issues. He has won national awards for his writing about emotionally disturbed children and about land claims by Native Americans. He received another prize for a series on the abuse of prisoners at California Youth Authority prisons around the state. He has traveled with political candidates, has written features and conducted investigations during the 2004 and 2008 presidential races and also spent a month in Iraq in 2006 following the media and U.S. military efforts. We know you will enjoy Mr. Rainey’s perspective of this every changing industry!
